Mostly warehouses converted to lofts. Some recent condo buildings (e.g. 630 William St) trying to imitate the same look and feel, but these are, of course, just imitations (though, it must be mentioned, settling for an imitation can bring down the price significantly). Speaking of prices, they are well above average for Montreal: as of late-2011, most apartments are renting for over $1,300 per month (and selling for over $300,000).
