Saint-Henri is a working-class but rapidly gentrifying neighbourhood in the borough of Sud-Ouest.

APARTMENTS & REAL ESTATE

As of 2007, St-Henri has no high-rise residential buildings, so most people live in 2-3-story row houses. There are quite a few loft buildings converted from industrial spaces and more projects of this type are on the way.

Prices in St-Henri are still relatively low, but the influx of hipsters and students over the past 3-4 years has led to certain upward pressure. New loft developments will surely be adding more inventory, but they will also bring more people and more services to the neighbourhood, making it more attractive to professionals, which will probably result in further price growth.
