Saint-Henri is a working-class but rapidly gentrifying neighbourhood in the borough of Sud-Ouest.

Currently, St-Henri has no high-rise residential buildings and most residents live in 2- or 3-story row houses. With that said, there are quite a few loft buildings converted from industrial spaces and more projects of this type are on the way.

Prices in St-Henri are still relatively low, although the influx of young professionals and students over the past 4-5 years has led to certain upward pressure. New loft developments will surely be adding more inventory, but they will also bring more people and more services to the neighbourhood, making it even more attractive to professionals, which will probably result in further price growth.
