Thanks for getting back. I'm looking for 19th Century buildings with a similar interior- hw floors, exposed brick, large windows. I'm ambivalent about the size of the building although an elevator would be a huge plus.

I'm from the US- north east coast, so not *so* far away.

you mentioned that there are some comparable buildings in the area? Do you know of any specific buildings?

I'm condo-hunting from pretty far away (I don't move to Montreal until late summer) and would love to live in a similar building.
