Residences Prince-Arthur

I'm looking into a studio at the Prince-Arthur and from the few pictures I've seen they look really small but I'm a fan of small rooms and it looks very affordable. The building also looks great and it's close to McGill. Has anyone looked at any of the rooms inside? Aside from the size, how are they? I live in Kingston so it's not exactly easy to come in to view them. Thanks guys!

Ive been looking at the residence prince arthur online too and I am wondering what was bad about living there? I know I'm about three years late from the original post but anyones input is welcome. thanks in advance!

I don't know if it is too late, but I moved into a small(1 1/2) and clean studio this morning. Staffs here are nice and really helpful! I did some furniture relocations, and everything looks better now. I'll send you pictures if you need.
