3-Year Upgrade Plan For Mile End

The Gazette (print edition) reports that the city will spend $8.8 million over the next three years improving Mile End's industrial areas.

In its final stage, planned for 2010, the project envisages a bridge over the Canadian Pacific train tracks at Henri Julien Ave.
