Seville Theatre Retouching: Imminent Sale?

The Gazette is reporting that work is being done on the façade of the half-collapsed Seville Theatre (St-Catherine Ouest at De La Montagne) which suggests that the owners (Claridge Properties Ltd) may be preparing to sell.
