M9 Update: Almost Ready

I walked by the construction site of the M9 condo building today and was able to confirm that the building is almost ready. The only visible thing left is some exterior work on windows and walls.

There's a sign next to the Prince Street entrance (across the street from the main entrance to Cité du Multimédia) inviting potential buyers to visit.

The other wall (facing west) seems to need a little more work and the promised "garden" is not there yet.
